User Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion of your data

You may ask THE IDEAL EDIFICATION to delete personal data associated with NEHAXA SCHOOL, including information connected to website enquiries, portal accounts or WhatsApp communications. Deletion is subject to identity verification and any records that must lawfully be retained.

How to submit a request

   Contact the privacy team

   Use the listed contact number until a privacy email is added: 9800509098. REVIEW REQUIRED: add a monitored privacy email.

   Identify the relevant record

   Provide your full name, WhatsApp/mobile number, relationship to the institution, and—if applicable—student ID or admission number. Do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.

   Describe what should be deleted

   State whether the request concerns WhatsApp message history, an enquiry, uploaded files, a portal account, student/guardian information, or all data that may legally be deleted.

   Complete verification

   We may request limited information needed to confirm that the requester is the data subject or an authorised parent/guardian. Verification information should not be retained longer than necessary for the request.

   Receive confirmation

   After review, we will confirm the action taken, identify any information that cannot be deleted and explain the reason where appropriate.

What happens after a verified request

• Eligible information is deleted or anonymised from active systems.
• Future optional WhatsApp communications to the affected number should stop, unless the person later opts in again.
• Third-party processors may be instructed to delete relevant information where required and supported.
• Data in protected backups may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires, provided it is not restored for ordinary use.
• Payment, accounting, safeguarding, academic or security records may be retained where deletion is restricted by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.

Timing

We will acknowledge and process verified requests within the period required by applicable law.

WhatsApp and Meta data

This instruction page covers data controlled by THE IDEAL EDIFICATION. Meta/WhatsApp may separately process information under its own terms and privacy practices. Requests concerning a person’s WhatsApp account itself should be made through WhatsApp’s own account and privacy controls.
