1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to the NEHAXA SCHOOL website, student/staff portals and related communication services operated by THE IDEAL EDIFICATION. By using a service, you agree to follow these terms. If you use the service for a child, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that child.

2. Services covered

The services may include public information, admissions and enquiries, student or staff accounts, academic records, attendance, fee administration, invoice and receipt delivery, support, and official WhatsApp utility messages. Features may change as the institution updates its operations.

3. Accounts and authorised access

  • Provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • Keep usernames, passwords and verification details confidential.
  • Do not access another person’s account or attempt to bypass access controls.
  • Notify the institution promptly if an account or phone number may have been compromised.

4. WhatsApp communications

Where a valid number and appropriate permission or lawful basis are available, NEHAXA SCHOOL may send approved utility messages such as invoices, secure invoice links, payment receipts and due reminders through the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Delivery depends on Meta/WhatsApp availability, template approval, the accuracy of the recipient number and network conditions.

Recipients may contact us to correct a number or request that optional messages stop. Stopping WhatsApp delivery does not cancel a valid fee, invoice or other underlying obligation.

5. Fees, invoices and payments

Invoices and receipts reflect records held in the institution’s system. Users should report a suspected error promptly. A system-generated receipt confirms the recorded transaction; it does not create a refund right beyond the institution’s separately communicated and applicable policy.

REVIEW REQUIRED: insert or link the approved fee, cancellation and refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with security, impersonate another person, scrape restricted information, send abusive communications, or use the service in a way that harms students, staff, the institution or third parties.

7. User submissions

You remain responsible for information and files you submit. You should provide only material you are authorised to share. Submission allows the institution to process the material only as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, administer institutional operations and meet applicable obligations.

8. Third-party services

The service may rely on or link to third parties such as Meta/WhatsApp, Hostinger, maps, payment providers or external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability is outside our direct control.

9. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the service available and records accurate, but maintenance, connectivity problems, third-party outages or human error may occur. Contact the institution if an academic, attendance, invoice or payment record appears incorrect. Nothing on the public website should replace a formally issued institutional record where one is legally required.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or manage an inactive relationship. Relevant records may still be retained according to the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.

11. Liability and governing law

Any limitations of liability and dispute terms must comply with applicable law and cannot exclude rights that legally cannot be excluded.

REVIEW REQUIRED: obtain legal review and insert the governing law, jurisdiction, dispute-contact process and any permitted liability limitations.

12. Contact and updates

Questions about these terms may be sent using the contact details below. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
